Billing & Payment Options

The following billing and payment options will be available for new accounts on Dec. 7, 2020. For existing accounts, these billing and payment options will be available at renewal. Since BillingCenter is currently NOT available for Commercial Package Policies, Umbrella Policies and Business Auto Policies in AK, DE, FL, HI, ID, ME, MT, NV, NH, NM, NY, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA, WV and WY, these billing and payment options are not available for these policies in these states. Pay Your Bill Online

You can make online payments in your online customer account via e-check (bank draft), credit card or debit card.

  1. Go to www.guideone.com/myaccount to login or register as a new user.
  2. From your account home page, select the policy on the left side menu and click View Billing Details.
  3. Click Make a Payment in the Payment box at the top of the page.
  4. Select bank account or credit card and proceed with entering the payment details.

Online payments are applied to your account in real time. For example, a payment submitted online at 11:59 p.m. will be credited to your account the same day.


Enroll in Automatic Payments

You can easily enroll in automatic payments in your online customer account. Automatic payments are available using bank account draft or credit/debit card.

  1. Go to www.guideone.com/myaccount to login or register as a new user.
  2. From your account home page, select the policy on the left side menu and click View Billing Details.
  3. Click Enroll in Auto Pay in the Payment box at the top of the page.
  4. Select bank account or credit/debit card and proceed with entering payment details.

Entering payment information to enroll in auto draft will not submit a payment. The payment plan and method will update and begin automatic payments starting with the next payment due date. To un-enroll in automatic payments, please contact GuideOne's Customer Care Center at 1-877-448-4331.


Pay by Phone

To make a payment by phone, call 1-877-448-4331. You will be directed to an automated payment service to complete your payment. Payment methods accepted over the phone include e-check (bank draft), credit card or debit card.

The automated payment service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Payments submitted via the phone are applied to your account in real time. For example, a payment submitted online at 11:59 p.m. will be credited to your account the same day.

If you have your most recent invoice, please fill out and detach the payment stub to include in the envelope. If this is not available, please include the policy or account number on the check. Checks must be received by GuideOne by the payment due date in order to avoid a late fee.
